This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping, delivery, and logistics terms for all orders placed on the Sileqi official website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and warehouse arrangement.
We do not ship or process orders on weekends and official holidays. Any order placed during holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We provide worldwide standard shipping for all pet accessory products. Delivery times are estimated from the date your order ships out, not the order placement date:

All delivery times are approximate and may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance, peak shipping seasons, extreme weather, carrier suspension, or other uncontrollable factors.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and order weight.
Free worldwide standard shipping is available for orders meeting our threshold. Eligible orders will automatically apply free shipping at checkout with no discount code required.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update and display full logistics status after shipment.
Please check your spam mailbox if you do not receive the shipping notification. You may also contact us at info@sileqi.com to retrieve your tracking information.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees imposed by your destination country. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Sileqi is not responsible for customs clearance delays, duty fees, tax charges, or order detentions caused by local customs policies. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or alter product values to avoid customs inspection.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. However, we reserve the right to suspend shipping to specific regions due to logistics restrictions, policy changes, or carrier service suspensions.
Certain remote areas may require additional shipping surcharges or experience longer delivery delays. We will contact you in advance if extra fees or extended delivery times apply.
7. Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Orders
Delayed Orders: If your order is overdue beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support. We will check the logistics status and provide follow-up solutions.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for over 10 business days or confirms package loss, we will assist you in applying for carrier compensation, resending the product, or processing a refund in accordance with specific situations.
Undeliverable Orders: Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address, unclaimed package, or recipient refusal will be eligible for partial refund (excluding original shipping cost and return logistics fees) or free reshipment at the buyer’s request.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within14 days of delivery with photos or videos of the items and package condition. We will verify your case and offer free replacement, reshipment, or full refund solutions.

Sileqi reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our official website.
