We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all original tags and intact original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

All returned items must be shipped to the following address: Units 201-02, Block A, Haidi Fashion Meidu Industrial Park, Phase 5 Ecological Science and Technology Park, Chengdong Town, Haifeng County, Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, P.R.China

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label along with full instructions for shipping your package back. We do not accept unsolicited returns sent without prior approval.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Certain product categories are not eligible for returns, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom-made & personalized items, and personal care / beauty products. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Reach out to us if you have questions about a specific product’s return eligibility.

Promotional discounted items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to submit a return request for your current order, then place a separate new purchase once your return is confirmed.

Notwithstanding the above terms, customers shipping orders to the European Union have the right to cancel their order or return items within 14 days without providing a reason. The same return conditions apply: goods must be unworn, unused, retain original tags and packaging, and you must supply proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time to post the refund to your account.
